You will be working closely with the Property Workplace Manager and our onsite facilities management team, along with our wider business functions including Health and Safety, IT, HR, and Corporate Comms. This is how we contribute to society while ensuring the long-term success of our company, **A day in the life of a Property Workplace Coordinator** Working in a friendly and supportive team, providing workplace support relating to facilities management, compliance, health and safety, procurement, contractor management, data analysis, and small projects. Working closely with our chosen Facilities Management provider to co-ordinate delivery of our varied workplace services to achieve operational excellence and enhance the workplace experience of our colleagues. **You will also.** + Co-ordinate with our Facilities Management provider to review the condition of our sites on an ongoing basis and ensure outstanding issues are recorded and tracked to completion. + Ensure that we have procured all the supplies and services we need, raise purchase orders, project work orders, and review spend with our Finance team and track cost. + Keep our established methods of internal comms updated, ensure changes and improvements to workplace services are highlighted to our colleagues. + Work with the Health and Safety Manager to maintain a safe working environment, ensure reported hazards, incidents, and near misses are recorded and tracked to completion. + Liaise with contractors to arrange small works and inspections, review risk assessments, raise permits, and ensure works are carried out in a safe and compliant manner. + Act as point of contact with our landlords for matters relating to invoicing. + Use digital tools to analyse workplace-related data and bring it together in a concise, easy-to-read format to inform our workplace strategy. **What will make you successful?** To be successful, you’ll have a broad range of administration experience within facilities management or relevant field, be customer focused, innovative & driven. You’ll be meticulously organised with excellent time management skills, as well as being able to prioritise competing demands. Experience with the use of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SharePoint an advantage. You’ll play an important part of the Property & Workplace team, you’ll be a self-motivated individual, who is proactive and has exceptional communication skills. **What you need to know** What can we offer in return?
