In 2015 we were granted permission to use University Title and the company was renamed Arden University.Approximately 6,500 students in about 150 countries are studying through Arden University and over 90% of them combine work and study.About the jobWe have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Coordinator (Partnerships and Study Centres) to join the Academic Affairs Department, comprising of four teams; Quality, Registry, Student Data and Partnerships. This post is within the Partnerships team which has overall responsibility for quality management of agents and study centres.The post-holder will take on responsibility ensuring high standards are maintained in accordance with University regulations in the approval and monitoring of study centres, agents and educational partnerships. The Quality Coordinator (Partnerships and Study Centres) will liaise with external partners and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations. With a positive attitude, good organisational skills and effective communication the post-holder will undertake a range of tasks from developing and maintaining records to monitoring all external partnership activity and dealing with students.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintaining the Agent and Collaborative Partnership Register, Referrer Register and contractsSupporting the development and approval of study centres, agents and educational partnerships in accordance with regulationsCollating approval and due diligence documentation for Partnership Approval Group (PAG)Servicing and contributing to PAG, including accurate minute-takingLiaising with internal and external parties on quality matters and activities regarding all partnership and study centre activityUndertaking regular monitoring of agent activity, performance and public informationLiaising externally with agents and study centres on any deviations identified from pre-approved templates and agreementsAssisting in the preparation of agent and study centre monitoring reports for PAGMaintaining student handbooks, operational manuals and other policy and procedural documents with regards to agents and study centresAssisting in the organisation of student voice mechanisms at study centresImplementing a variety of quality assurance activities to ensure external partnerships adhere to University processes and regulationsServicing and minute-taking of any additional committees and boards meetingsPerson SpecificationIt is essential that candidates can demonstrate:Excellent organisational skillsAbility to prioritise task effectivelyAttention to detailAbility to communicate effectively and articulately, both verbally and in writing, to a wide variety of stakeholders ( students, senior academics)IT literacy,solid grasp of common software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookGood basic analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively to deadlinesAbility to understand and advise others on regulatory proceduresTo apply, please email your CV and covering letter to
